Questions, answered.

What does it cost?

249 kr per user and month, excluding VAT. One seat covers every client company the consultant works in, so the next client costs nothing extra in licence. On top of that comes the Fortnox integration licence for the client companies that lack one. We help you work out both parts.

Does one seat really cover all the client companies?

Yes. The licence follows the consultant, who links their own client companies to the same connector. Each client company needs a Fortnox integration licence, and many already have one.

How does an accounting firm work with it?

Each consultant gets a seat and links their client companies, signing in with their own Fortnox user per company. Permissions and traceability follow that Fortnox user at each client, exactly as when working directly in Fortnox.

Does every client company need a Fortnox integration licence?

Yes, for this connector. Many client companies already have one, since it covers an unlimited number of integrations. The Claude Connector and the ChatGPT Connector need none, because they are bought and billed in Fortnox. We go through which of your client companies lack the licence, and if one of those connectors is cheaper for you, we say so.

How is it different from the Claude and ChatGPT Connectors?

The Claude Connector and the ChatGPT Connector you buy yourself in Fortnox and pay for per user and company, on your ordinary Fortnox invoice and with no integration licence. This one is built for the bureau: the licence follows the consultant across the whole client list, questions run across the client companies, we build the setup together with you and you get a named contact here. What the AI can reach is the same.

Which AI clients does it work with?

Any client that speaks MCP: Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and others. The licence is independent of the client, so one consultant can work in Claude and another in Copilot on the same agreement.

Can the AI compare several client companies?

Yes. Ask a question across the client companies you have linked, for example which of them have overdue supplier invoices, and get one answer. Comparisons cover up to 12 companies per question.

Which Fortnox modules are supported?

In practice everything the Fortnox API opens up: bookkeeping, customer invoices, orders, quotes, articles, inventory, supplier invoices, payments, payroll, time, asset register, projects, cost centres, archive, SIE export and more. See the full module table, 22 modules with exactly what you can do in each. What you personally reach is governed by your licences and permissions in Fortnox.

What happens when someone leaves the bureau?

Your administrator removes the person under Members. Their client links and AI connections are revoked immediately, and the seat can be assigned to someone else.

Is the clients' data safe?

The bookkeeping stays in Fortnox. Data passes through while a question runs and is not stored at Sidcom. Fortnox sign-in tokens are encrypted, no passwords are stored, and a data processing agreement is available on request.

We already have licences for the Claude or ChatGPT connector. Should we switch?

Keep them if they work. The Claude Connector and the ChatGPT Connector cover several companies too, with one licence per user and company, and they need no integration licence, since Fortnox bills them. Count the client companies per consultant: that is where a seat that follows the consultant tends to pay off. Get in touch and we will do the maths together and say plainly if you already have the right connector.

Does it suit a corporate group as well?

Yes. The setup is the same when the same people work across many companies inside a group, and questions across the companies work the same way. Get in touch and we will look at your companies and your routines.

Will there be a meeting?

Sometimes, and often email is enough. We read what you wrote, do the maths and come back with a proposal for the setup and what it costs. If we need to see how you work, we suggest half an hour, where we go through your client companies, your routines and what you need in terms of support and agreements.

How is it billed?

Agreement and invoice directly with Sidcom, per user and month. The Fortnox integration licence is billed separately by Fortnox, on the client company that needs it.

Connector not working?

Check that the free app is activated in the Fortnox App Market for the client company, and that the consultant has an assigned seat. The fastest check is to ask the assistant for the licence status. It can read the organisation's status and seats even when everything else is blocked.
