Common questions
What does it cost?
249 kr per user and month, or 2 390 kr per user and year, excluding VAT. One seat covers every client company you work in. No lock-in, and we bill by card. On top of that comes the Fortnox integration licence for the client companies that lack one.
How do I know if the client companies have an integration licence?
The licence is included in the Fortnox packages Mellan+ and Stor+, but not in Mini or Liten. Byråpartner does not include it either, and it has to sit on the client company, not the bureau. If it is missing you are told when you connect the company, and the client company then adds it in Fortnox.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. You give no card when you start, so after seven days you choose whether to continue on the monthly or yearly price. If you do nothing, the connection pauses.
Does it work with my consultant login?
Yes. Sign in with your Digital byrå login and pick the client. What you can reach is set by your permissions in the client's Fortnox, under Manage users, not the bureau's. If you get a permissions error, that is where to adjust it.
We already have the Claude or ChatGPT Connector. How do we switch?
Disconnect the old connector in your AI and also cancel the subscription in the Fortnox App Market. Disconnecting alone does not stop Fortnox billing. Not sure the switch pays off? Book a meeting and we will do the maths.
What happens if I get started straight away?
You create an account on fortnox.sidcom.ai, activate the free app in the Fortnox App Market for each client company and connect them to your account. Then you connect your AI step by step. If you get stuck we help you, by email or phone.
