What you'd otherwise hunt for in Fortnox menus is now a question. You don't have to be an accountant, and you don't have to learn a new interface, because you work in the AI app you already have open.

Ask and get an answer

Customers, suppliers, invoices, balances and periods. Ask the way you'd ask a colleague who knows the books inside out.

Which customers have overdue invoices?

Let the AI do the work

Create customer invoices, post documents, approve supplier invoices and add new customers. The AI fills in the details, you approve.

Post the receipt I just uploaded.

Pull the numbers

Summarize, compare periods and surface key figures right in the chat, with no export to Excel and no report to build.

// reviews

5-star rating on the Fortnox marketplace

A fantastic integration that saves me an enormous amount of time. I can search, analyse and handle invoices and customers in Fortnox straight from ChatGPT. The support has also been personal and helpful. Five out of five stars!

You ask. The AI proposes. You decide.

These are your books, so nothing happens behind your back. The connector can do exactly what you can do in Fortnox, and every change passes through you first.

You approve before anything is written

The AI proposes the change and your app asks for your approval before it is sent to Fortnox. It can read freely; it cannot change anything on its own.

Your own permissions apply

You sign in with Fortnox and the connector gets precisely your rights, no more and no less. If you can't approve invoices, neither can the AI.

You choose which modules are on

You tick what the AI may reach when you connect. If you want it to read invoices and nothing else, that works.

Traceable in Fortnox

Everything goes through your own Fortnox user and shows up in Fortnox exactly as if you had done it yourself.

The books stay in Fortnox

We store no bookkeeping data. No passwords either — sign-in goes through Fortnox.

A Swedish supplier

Sidcom is a Swedish company, built for GDPR, with support in Swedish and English.

Essentially all of Fortnox, not a subset.

22 Fortnox modules, from bookkeeping and customer invoices to warehouse, payroll and SIE export. What you personally reach is governed by your Fortnox licenses.

And it is one connector, not four products. They all share the same connector to Fortnox, the same modules and the same security.

// pick_a_license

One license per company, or one for all?

That is the whole question. Same connector, same modules, same security. What differs is how many Fortnox companies one license covers, and who you hold the contract with.

One company

One license per company

You buy in the Fortnox marketplace. Several companies is fine, but needs one license each.

99 kr per user / month

Per company. 30-day money-back guarantee.

  • No Fortnox integration license needed
  • Contract and invoice stay with Fortnox
  • One company per license, several companies need one each
  • One connector per AI assistant
Several companies

One license for all companies

Built for accounting firms and corporate groups, where the same people work across many companies.

249 kr per user / month

Unlimited companies. 7 days free, no card.

  • Requires a Fortnox integration license, per company
  • Contract and invoice with Sidcom
  • Unlimited companies on the same license
  • Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or any MCP client

If the companies already have a Fortnox integration license, which many do, one license for all of them is cheaper from around three companies. Without one it is added per company, and that cost goes to Fortnox rather than to us. The price depends on your Fortnox agreement.

// which_one_fits

Four common cases.

Almost everyone recognises themselves in one of them. If you don't, get in touch, we answer the same business day.

Accounting firm or consultant in client companies

Fortnox AI Connector. The integration license sits on the client company's account and is usually already there, so your cost is 249 kr per seat however many clients you work across.

A group with its own companies

Do the math. If the companies already hold an integration license the break-even is around three companies. Without one you carry it yourselves per company, and marketplace licenses stay cheaper for longer.

One company, one or two people

Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot Connector. 99 kr per user, no integration license, and you're running within minutes from the Fortnox marketplace.

Cannot onboard a new supplier

The marketplace connector, whatever your size. Then your contract and invoice sit with Fortnox alone and you don't have to procure us as a supplier.

Questions, answered.

Is module support the same across all the connectors?

Yes. Every Sidcom Fortnox connector shares the same connector to Fortnox, so the module table holds equally for the Claude Fortnox Connector and for Fortnox AI Connector. What differs between them is how many companies a license covers and where you buy, not what the AI can reach.

Which connector should I choose?

If you work in one Fortnox company: the marketplace connector for the AI assistant you use, 99 kr per user a month. If the same people work across several companies: Fortnox AI Connector, one license for unlimited companies. If you cannot onboard a new supplier, the marketplace connector is right whatever your size, since your contract then sits with Fortnox alone.

Do I need a Fortnox integration license?

It depends on where you buy. Connectors bought in the Fortnox marketplace are billed on your Fortnox invoice, and those integrations require no separate integration license. Fortnox AI Connector is bought directly from us, and then each company needs a Fortnox integration license. Many already have one, since it covers an unlimited number of integrations.

Can I use the connector across several Fortnox companies?

With Fortnox AI Connector, yes, unlimited companies on one license, and you can ask across them in a single question. With the marketplace connectors one license covers one company, so several companies need several licenses.

Can the AI change my books without me?

No. The AI proposes changes and your app asks for your approval before writes are sent to Fortnox. Everything also happens within your own Fortnox user's permissions.

Who do I have the contract with?

Buy in the Fortnox marketplace and the license is invoiced by Fortnox, so you don't have to onboard Sidcom as a supplier. Buy Fortnox AI Connector directly and the contract and invoice are with us. Either way the connector is built and operated by Sidcom.

Is Sidcom a Swedish supplier?

Yes. Sidcom is a Swedish company, built for GDPR. No bookkeeping data is stored with us, it stays in Fortnox.

Start from what you work in.

One Fortnox company, or several. Module support is the same, so the choice is only about how you want to buy.
