Sidcom uses the following third-party entities as sub-processors to support its services for the activities listed below:
Cloudflare, Inc.
- What it does for us
- Hosting and execution of the service (Workers); the short-lived operational caches; storage of access tokens and connection credentials; DNS and TLS.
- Personal data processed
- Business data in transit — any personal data appearing in your data in the connected business system — together with request metadata, and the access tokens and connection credentials by which the service reaches your account in that system.
- Where processing takes place
- Transit processing runs on the node closest to the user, normally within the EU for Swedish users but without a formal region guarantee. Account-linked company tokens are held in a database created with EU jurisdiction. The key-value store, which holds the operational caches, the connector access tokens and the single-use upload tickets, is globally replicated by design and is not EU-resident. We do not represent that the service stores data exclusively within the EU/EEA.
- Transfer mechanism
- Cloudflare's data processing addendum together with the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, module 3 (processor to processor), and Cloudflare's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework
