The connector requests every permission the Fortnox API offers, with tools built for them. What you personally reach is governed by your Fortnox licenses and your own user permissions. The rows follow Fortnox's own permissions, which is exactly what you see on the consent screen when you connect. Swedish module names are kept as Fortnox writes them.

- Fortnox's public API does not allow creating or changing time registrations. Read access is the ceiling for every integration, and it is enough for time reports and follow-up.
- Some Fortnox modules have no public API at all and therefore cannot be reached by any integration: Kvitto & Resa beyond expense codes, Digital byrå, and bank connections.
- Fortnox's API gives no integration a way to delete vouchers, so the connector deliberately does not request the Ta bort verifikat permission. An incorrect entry is corrected with a reversing voucher, which you approve like any other write.

Does the connector support Fortnox Lager (warehouse)?
Yes. Stock levels, warehouses, inbound and outbound deliveries, stock transfers, incoming goods, stocktaking, production orders, purchase orders and warehouse documents.
Can the AI export SIE files?
Yes, SIE types 1 to 4, with the right character encoding so å, ä and ö are not mangled in the file.
Can the AI report time in Fortnox Tid?
No, and neither can any other integration. Fortnox's public API only allows reading time registrations. Reading is enough for time reports and follow-up.
Does the connector support Fortnox Lön (payroll)?
Yes. Employees, salary transactions, absence, attendance, schedules, vacation debt and expense codes.
Can the AI handle fixed assets?
Yes, the full lifecycle: create, depreciate, write up or down, sell and scrap.
Can the AI delete an incorrect journal entry?
No, and neither can any other integration. Fortnox's API offers no voucher deletion, so the connector does not request that permission. An incorrect entry is corrected with a reversing voucher, which you approve in the app before it is sent to Fortnox.
Which Fortnox modules are missing?
Only those with no public API: Kvitto & Resa beyond expense codes, Digital byrå, and bank connections. No integration can reach them.
