AI for Growth Teams: Marketing & Sales
Marketing and sales were among the first functions to pick up AI tools, and among the first to hit their limits: generic copy, shallow research, output that sounds like everyone else’s. The teams that get real value use AI differently. They feed it their own positioning, their own customer knowledge and their own data, and they keep taste and judgement in the loop.
How the day works
We run a focused day with your growth team, in small groups, on your live work. Before the day we agree on the workflows to go deep on. On the marketing side that is often research and audience analysis, content production in your own tone of voice, campaign planning, and repurposing work across channels. On the sales side it is account research, outreach that does not read like a template, meeting preparation and pipeline follow-up. Each participant works on their own accounts and material, and leaves with methods they can use the next day.
Keeping your voice
The fastest way to waste these tools is to publish their first draft. Part of the day goes to the practices that keep quality up: a shared brief that encodes your positioning and tone of voice, efficient review and editing of AI drafts, and a feel for when a task deserves a human first pass instead.
