AI Strategy & Assessment

Buying AI tools is not a strategy. The value goes to organisations that change how they work, and most leadership teams are missing a clear, shared picture of where they actually stand and where to start.

We build that picture, in three steps.

How the assessment works

It starts with a survey of your leadership team, designed to surface how each function works today and where expectations about AI diverge. We then spend a full day together in a workshop, testing the survey findings against how the work really gets done. The result is a written assessment: an independent view of where you are, a prioritised roadmap for the highest-impact moves, and the reasoning behind each one.

What the roadmap gives you

Alignment you can act on. A leadership team that agrees on the starting point and on a concrete sequence of moves, instead of a backlog of disconnected pilots. Because the roadmap is grounded in your actual workflows rather than a generic maturity model, each step comes with an owner, a scope, and a way to tell whether it worked.

Who it is for

Leadership teams that are past the question of whether AI matters and want help with the implementation itself: where to apply it first, what to build versus buy, how to prepare data and people, and how to sequence the work so early wins fund the harder changes.
